Acknowledgements

We extend our sincere thanks to the many individuals who have supported the Bike Instructor Certification Program, from its grassroots beginnings in CMIC, IMIC, and IMCA-ICP to the organization it is today.

The mission of BICP’s Instructor Certification Program is to advance the global standard for mountain bike instruction while fostering an inclusive community that empowers members through education, certification, service, and shared experience.

We believe this mission serves as the foundation of BICP training and equips instructors with the tools and confidence to lead safe, engaging, and professional mountain bike experiences.
