Bellingham, WA  – The Bike Instructor Certification Program (BICP) is excited to announce a new partnership with Magura USA. Already chosen by top athletes around the world, Magura and their world class products are now available at exclusive discounts to BICP Certified Instructors. The BICP offers value to its select industry partners by providing product exposure through its certified Instructors and their students/clients. At the same time, Instructors can extend product discounts to their students and clients, increasing the value of attending a BICP course.

“This is an exciting partnership;” maintains Shaums March, Founder and Lead Instructor for the BICP. “Racing for Magura in my early days, I was able to experience, first-hand, the superior performance of their brakes.  Now that I’m coaching, others will experience their excellence; building confidence with each ride. Our mission is to advance the global standard for mountain bike instruction, driving an inclusive community that empowers our members through education, certification, service, and experience. Partnering with Magura underscores our commitment to giving our instructors and students the tools essential for success and we are very excited to collaborate.”

The international riding community views a certified instructor as a knowledge broker – in skills and within the industry – often researching, testing, and installing products themselves.  The gear and product they use and wear speaks volumes about what works and stands the rigors of the varied trail conditions encountered;

However, not just any product will do.  Because of the rigorous demands placed on equipment and products, BICP Instructors require the best the industry has to offer and Magura meets this demand.

“Magura is thrilled to partner with the BICP; it’s obvious that we are both passion-based organizations with an unparalleled love for mountain biking. Excellent brakes are a key component to developing and learning new skills on the bike, and that’s why the partnership makes so much sense.” – Tony Ballantine, National Sales Manager Magura USA
