 How to prepare for your upcoming certification?

 To access your online content please sign in to your account and then click on the link. Please take your time and read through all the training materials before attempting your online exam. Once you complete the online exam and pass (minimum requirements 70%) you will be prompted to print off your certificate of completion.

Please note all of the Bike Instructor Certification Program’s textbooks are designed to build on to each other, for example, The Level 3 textbook, chapters 1-4 is the Level 1 textbook, chapter 5 is the Level 2 textbook, chapter 6 is the Level 3 textbook.

Read the Level 1 Fundamental Skills Instructor textbook and complete the ONLINE Pre-Test. (review)

Read the Level 2 Intermediate Skills Instructor textbook and complete the ONLINE Pre-Test.

There is no Pretest for Level 3, you must complete all the previous Levels as a review.

Please take your time and read through all the training materials before attempting your online exam. Once you complete the online exam and pass (minimum requirements 70%)

The completion of all three ONLINE TESTS is required to attend and pass the course.

  • Submit a copy of your current First Aid/ CPR certificate to Nicole@icp.bike
  • Sign the BICP waiver form located on the lower right-hand corner of the BICP website

Level 3 - sample skills video

In order to pass the BICP Level 2 Intermediate Skills Instructor Certification course, participants must demonstrate an understanding of the material, perform a suitable teaching simulation, and pass a written test. Each student will be tested on their ability to demonstrate, teach, and provide feedback through error detection and corrections. Pay attention to any keywords and skill progressions. You may be asked to demonstrate teaching proficiency on any of the skills presented in the textbook.

FLAT pedals are mandatory during the course.
