Course Content and Intellectual Property Agreement – Coaching Girls

The BICP Coaching Girls in Mountain Biking course is an online professional-development course. It does not provide BICP certification or authorize participants to identify themselves as BICP-certified Ride Leaders, Instructors, or Coaches.

All course videos, text, graphics, activities, coaching scenarios, teaching plans, worksheets, quizzes, downloads, examinations, and badge designs are owned by or licensed to BICP. Course access is provided only to the registered participant.

Participants may apply what they learn to create welcoming riding environments where girls feel seen, supported, and encouraged to develop confidence, build skills, take healthy risks, and thrive on the bike.

Participants may not:

  • Share course access or login information.
  • Copy, photograph, record, upload, publish, sell, or distribute course materials.
  • Reproduce or distribute activities, coaching scenarios, teaching plans, worksheets, quizzes, examinations, graphics, or downloads without written permission from BICP.
  • Present BICP course content, coaching strategies, activities, or curriculum as their own original work.
  • Use BICP materials to create or deliver another course, certification program, coach-training program, or commercial training product.
  • Share quiz or examination questions, answers, or other assessment content.
  • Remove or alter BICP copyright notices, logos, branding, or ownership information.
  • Represent course completion as a BICP certification.

Participants who complete the course may display the official completion badge. The badge recognizes professional development only and is not a certification. It may not be altered, transferred, or used in a misleading manner.

BICP may suspend course access or badge use if these terms are violated.
