A former road racer, Alison is the only person in history to win the road race, time trial, and criterium National Championship titles in one year (2014). These three national championships go along with 2 previous national championships (Time Trial 2008, Team Pursuit 2008), and 2nd place at the Leadville 100 mountain bike race (2013, 7:26hrs). Alison ended her road racing career in 2014 with UnitedHealthcare.

After 7 years on the US Ski Team as a downhill ski racer, Alison raced bikes professionally for 8 years both nationally and internationally. She is now the Nederland High School Mountain Bike head coach and instructor trainer for both the BICP and the Colorado High School Mountain Bike League.

Alison is no longer conducting BICP certification courses but is using her knowledge to help develop BICP’s Drop Bar Certification course.
