Molly lives in Colorado and loves coaching and exploring all the amazing trails in her backyard. She’s coached mountain biking since 2017 and has a background in outdoor and classroom education. With almost a decade of experience teaching middle school math, she inspires others to persevere and have fun when learning something new or difficult. Molly knows how important each learner is and how building relationships makes a big impact. She always considers how to reach learners at their level while coaching with compassion and celebrating growth along the way. 

When she’s not teaching clinics for BICP, Molly is the Program Coordinator for The Cycle Effect, a non-profit in Colorado working to empower young women to create brighter futures and build stronger communities through mountain biking and mentorship.
