Eric Robertson
Eric Robertson has been mountain biking since 1994 when he got his first mountain bike and promptly road it across all seven countries of Central America! Since then he’s continued his passion for fun on wheels: racing and progressing a new rider’s abilities to the next level.
In 2015, Eric became a Level 2 BICP-certified skills instructor and has shared his passion for teaching and growing the sport ever since. Currently, he leads coaches’ development classes for the Loppet Foundation mountain bike skills program, teaches for Life Time Fitness, and conducts private mountain-biking clinics.
For fun and fitness, and always a good challenge, you can find Eric indulging his love of the bike by competing in cross-country races like the epic Leadville 100.
Professionally Eric began his career as a middle school teacher. Since he has started a software company and spent 13 years on the education team at Microsoft. Eric now works for the global education team at Amazon Web Services.
